1. Returns
Eligibility for Return:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or personalized items
- Rudraksha, crystals, and spiritual items once consecrated or worn
- Items purchased during sale or clearance
Return Process:
- Email us at bholanathpatraa@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Once approved, ship the item to the provided return address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
Approved Refunds:
- Will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless due to our error).
Late or Missing Refunds:

3. Exchanges
